Constructing the kitchen - laundry - sink - guest wash areas

Kitchen/Sink/Laundry/Guest Wash Room:

We needed to compress four key areas in a very limited space. Every inch counted, with Emie having to measure the dimensions of each appliance before any final partition is made. We wanted to have the laundry, sink , kitchen , plus the guest wash room in the same place. We could not imagine how the outcome will be. We had faces of concern while we gave our ideas to Ed Espjeo and while  his people were executing the plan.

Kitchen
Who ever planned the original kitchen  probably did not have the proper concept of a true kitchen. The original  kitchen was impossible, i did not even consider it as a kitchen !. We had to  break an existing wall to give way for a true kitchen. Emie did all the planning with  Ed Espejo, for this area.

Originally , i wanted this place as my home office, not possible at all !..

Kitchen Ceiling
Ed had a better suggestion to extend the Kitchen Ceiling which was a great idea. The Ceilings were extended, and Hardi Flex supposedly a Flame Retardant material was installed. Steel framings were installed as well. Once can notice a door towards the left on this photo, this was an existing toilet and had it totally renovated for a proper guest toilet and wash room.

Finished Product Functional Kitchen at its Finest

All in One Place : Kitchen - Sink - Laundry - Guest  Toilet/ Wash Room,
Surprisingly , this area came out very well, lots of space . Area is very functional for cooking, washing dishes, doing the laundry and if you feel like relieving your self , and a guest wash room.
We will have to install roll down curtains in these areas. t
