City Cold Temperature

The temperature has been dropping, 9.5 degrees Celsius so far the lowest as of last Sunday ( Jan 12 2014). The lowest temperature in this mountain area was 6.5 degrees Celsius back in 1961. According to the latest forecast, the temperature drop will continue until this coming February. If this truly happens , then expect freezing flowers this coming annual flower festival.


 I thought it should be wise to keep the little spoiled brat Jimboh warm enough with his blue shirt, or with  a thicker sweater maybe better (",)
